Post Note:
I recently overcame an addiction to pop-tarts. However, this was no feat of will power or self-determination. I moved from a residence that vended the sugary, dry, and surprisingly fatty treat, went into withdraw, and recovered toxin free. I have managed to avoid purchasing pop-tarts from grocery stores and other locations where they can be found since that time.
Update: Unfortunately I relapsed on Nov. 13th. While travelling to a business trip I bought a package of evil pop-tarts. I consumed a package of the brown sugar variety and consequently became sick. I have not eaten any pop-tarts since that time and am committed to staying away from the addictive and potentially lethal treat.
